| Prof. Mohd Rizal ArshadXi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China Professor Mohd Rizal Arshad is a renowned expert in control and robotics systems, currently serving as the Dean of the School of Robotics at XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang) . He received his BEng in Medical Electronics and Instrumentation from the University of Liverpool in 1994, his MSc in Electronic Control Engineering from the University of Salford in 1995, and his PhD in Electronic Engineering from the University of Liverpool in 1999 . Prior to joining XJTLU, he was an academic staff member at Universiti Sains Malaysia for over 23 years and served as Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Universiti Malaysia Perlis from 2019 to 2021 . With over 25 years of R&D experience, Professor Rizal is a pioneer in underwater robotics technology in Malaysia, with profound expertise particularly in the application of marine intelligent robotics systems . He is a Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia, a Chartered Marine Engineer with the IMarEST, a Chartered Engineer registered with the UK Engineering Council, a senior IEEE member, the founding chair of the IEEE Oceanic Engineering Society (OES) Malaysia, and has recently been appointed as an IEEE OES Distinguished Lecturer for 2024-2026 |

| Prof. Xufang ZhangNortheastern University Prof. Xufang Zhang, PhD Supervisor, serves as the Deputy Director of the Institute of Intelligent Equipment and Industrial Software. His research focuses on aircraft structural strength and reliability design, vibration fatigue life analysis and dynamic robust design of engine pipelines, testability modeling and intelligent diagnostic methods for aircraft hydraulic systems, as well as reliability analysis and multi-objective optimization methods for complex mechatronic systems. He has presided over 12 research projects, including national major science and technology projects, National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, provincial/ministerial scientific research projects, and enterprise-commissioned projects. He has published 72 academic papers in reputable journals such as Reliability Engineering & System Safety, Structural Safety, Probabilistic Engineering Mechanics, and Journal of Mechanical Engineering. He has been authorized 12 national invention patents and received 3 provincial and ministerial-level awards, including the First Prize of the Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award (Science and Technology Progress) from the Ministry of Education and the Second Class Liaoning Technological Invention Award. In addition, Professor Zhang has been recognized as one of the world's top 2% scientists in mechanical engineering. He also serves as a member of the Reliability Engineering Professional Committee of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and a member of the Random Vibration Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering. |
| Prof. Gang LiLiaoning University of Technology Prof. Gang Li, doctoral supervisor, graduated with a Doctor of Engineering degree from Jilin University and was a visiting scholar at the School of Vehicle and Mobility, Tsinghua University. His research directions include vehicle system dynamics and control, intelligent electric vehicle chassis integration and testing, and automotive intelligent driving. He is a member of the first Youth Committee and a senior member of the Society of Automotive Engineers of China (SAE-China), as well as a member of the Rules Committee of the China University Student Formula Car Competition. Currently, he serves as the Dean of the School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering, Director of the Liaoning Key Laboratory of New Energy Vehicle Chassis and Drive Technology, and Head of the National First-Class Undergraduate Major Construction Site for Vehicle Engineering. | Prof. Xiaowei YinShenyang Institute of Engineering Prof. Xiaowei Yin is a Senior Engineer and Master’s Supervisor. She earned her Ph.D. in Mechanical Design and Theory from Northeastern University. Currently, she serves as Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shenyang Institute of Engineering, academic leader of the Mechanical Engineering discipline, program leader of Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, director of the Key Laboratory of Reliability and Health Management for Energy and Power Equipment of Liaoning Province, and director of the Modern Industry College of Intelligent Manufacturing of Liaoning Province. She is honored as an Outstanding Talent of Liaoning Provincial Universities, an Expert on Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Liaoning Province, a Science and Technology Review Expert of Liaoning Province, an Outstanding Science and Technology Worker of Shenyang City, a Top-notch Talent of Shenyang City and a Science and Technology Review Expert of Shenyang City. She is a member of the Reliability Engineering Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, director of the Fatigue Branch of the Chinese Materials Research Society, member of the China Electric Power Equipment Management Association, member of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, and a mail review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China. | Prof. Shuangjie LiuShenyang Ligong University Prof. Shuangjie Liu was born in October 1980, holds a doctoral degree. She is a professor and a supervisor for master's and doctoral students. She is a Tier "Hundred" Talent of Liaoning Province's "Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Talents Project", a former visiting scholar at Wayne State University (USA), and a reviewer for the Chinese core journal *Journal of Ordnance Equipment Engineering*. Her main research directions include the application of MEMS technology in ammunition systems and bionic ammunition. In terms of scientific research, she has presided over 1 National 863 Program project, 2 projects of the Science and Technology Commission of the Central Military Commission, 1 project of the Equipment Development Department, and 5 provincial-level scientific research projects. She also participated as a key member in over 10 projects, including national defense basic research projects, national defense preliminary research projects, Liaoning Provincial scientific and technological research projects, Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Foundation projects, Liaoning Provincial Department of Education projects, and enterprise horizontal projects. She has won 2 Second Prizes and 1 Third Prize of the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Award, and 1 Second Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of China North Industries Group Corporation Limited. As the first author, she has published more than 30 academic papers in core Chinese and international journals (such as *ACS Omega*, *AIP Advances*, *Journal of Chinese Inertial Technology*, *Optics and Precision Engineering*) and important academic conferences, with over 20 papers indexed by SCI/EI. Additionally, she has published 1 monograph and obtained 4 invention patents. |
| Prof. Chongfei HuaiShenyang Ligong University Chongfei Huai holds a Doctor of Engineering degree and serves as an associate professor and a supervisor for master's students. He is recognized as a talent at the "ten-thousand-person level" in the Liaoning Province's "Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talents Program" and as a top-notch talent in Shenyang City. He is a senior member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, a Life-long Member of the Chinese Association of Automation, and a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers of China. His primary research interests include the fundamental theories and key technologies of gear transmission, advanced vehicle design methods, and machine vision algorithms tailored for intelligent transportation scenarios.
